Smash Hits Poll Winners Party was a live music awards show which was held at the London Arena, Docklands.
The show was presented by Philip Schofield and broadcast on BB1. The awards were voted for by the Smash Hits Magazine readers.
Kylie won two awards in 1989, Best Female Solo Singer and Most Fanciable Female which she also won the year before in 1988.
